With Covid safety measures in place on both sides of the river, here is what we know right now:
Illinois – The IHSA has announced that high school basketball is on hold at least until January. Football is currently scheduled for March-April.
Iowa – All area school districts except Pleasant Valley and North Scott have gone to 100% remote learning into early December. This has begun affecting basketball schedules. For instance, Bettendorf has postponed/canceled the first 6 girls games and the first 4 boys games. More announcements are expected from other schools.
