Friday night features the Rock Island girls in the Pekin regional final, while the Pleasant Valley boys face Muscatine with a MAC championship on the line. Moline and Rock Island look to keep their conference title hopes alive. On Saturday, the Pleasant Valley girls face Davenport North in an Iowa Class 5A regional semifinal matchup
