Girls regional final action takes center stage on Tuesday with Pleasant Valley and Bettendorf looking to punch their tickets to Des Moines. United Township and Rock Island close the Western Big 6 regular season on Friday, while Moline travels to the United Center in Chicago Saturday to face Chicago North Lawndale. Bettendorf opens Iowa Class 4A boys substate action at home on Friday night.
