Rock Island guard CJ Neville hit a contested 14-footer with two second remaining in the Rocks’ dramatic 50-49 victory over Normal University High in the championship game of the State Farm Holiday Classic on Thursday, December 31 at the Shirk Center on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University.
