Rock Island and Moline look to rebound from tough opening night losses as the Rocks head to South Holland Thornwood while the Maroons travel to Oak Park Fenwick. Pleasant Valley looks to go 2-0 on the season with a trip to Iowa City High. The full broadcast schedule is below. Please note that the Rock Island broadcast begins at 6:40 PM instead of 7:10 PM.

2017 QCSportsNet Broadcast Schedule
The Quad Cities’ leader in live local high school sports coverage returns for its fifth season of broadcasting this Friday night! We are proud to start our fourth season of high school football coverage by welcoming the Moline Maroons to the QCSportsNet family. New head coach Mike Morrissey leads the Maroons, while Rock Island welcomes Ben Hammer as its new football coach. Veteran Pleasant Valley head coach Rusty VanWetzinga returns a group looking to build upon a strong finish to the 2016 season.
We have attached the broadcast schedule for all three of our teams at the bottom of this post along with a link to a printable version of the schedule. Please note that because of contractual issues, we are not able to broadcast the Pleasant Valley-Bettendorf game on Friday, September 15th at Bettendorf. All broadcasts will start at approximately 7:10 PM with kickoffs set for 7:30 PM.

Our full schedule is below highlighted by the #2 ranked Rock Island girls in sectional action and the Pleasant Valley boys and girls involved in playoff action.

QCSportsNet is your home for live state playoff action as our feature teams close the regular season and open state playoff action. The second-ranked Rock Island girls basketball team opens Illinois Class 4A action on Tuesday night against Pekin at Wharton Field House. Should the Rocks win on Tuesday, they will play on Thursday night in the regional final. The Pleasant Valley boys close the regular season with games on Tuesday and Friday nights. The state-ranked and MAC co-champion PV girls start their march to Des Moines on Saturday night in an Iowa Class 5A semifinal matchup. Rock Island and United Township play in a critical Western Big 6 matchup on Friday night, and we will have our dual Rock Island and United Township broadcasts on Friday night.
