If the holidays are the most wonderful time of the year, then this week is the most wonderful time of the Quad Cities basketball season! QCSportsNet will be on hand to call a number of big Quad Cities rivalries and the Genesis Shootout this week. This week’s highlights include Pleasant Valley taking on an undefeated Clinton team in MAC action on Tuesday and two cross-town rivalry games on Friday night. Friday also features our first girls matchup of the season as we will air the Pleasant Valley-Bettendorf varsity doubleheader at PV. UT travels to Quincy on Friday. All three teams are in action Saturday at the Genesis Shootout, with a special simulcast of the Rock Island-PV game on Saturday night from Carver Center at Augustana College

Rock Island, United Township, and Pleasant Valley are all in conference action on Friday, December 11th. Rock Island hosts Quincy, UT hosts Moline in a rivalry game, and PV opens Mississippi Athletic Conference play at Davenport North.
