UPDATE (JANUARY 12TH) – UT AT WAUBONSIE VALLEY AND ROCK ISLAND AT NORMAL WEST CANCELLED BECAUSE OF WEATHER

Friday night brings Western Big 6 and Mississippi Athletic Conference action to the QCSportsNet airwaves! All three Western Big 6 games will air, and the Pleasant Valley and Bettendorf games will also be live.

On Saturday, QCSportsNet will bring you two games of action from the Tri-States Border Battle in the Wisconsin Dells. In addition to the Pleasant Valley game airing at 2 PM, we will also air third-ranked North Scott as they take on Wisconsin Dells High School beginning at 4 PM. The Lancers will be on our Pleasant Valley channel.

Please note that for the month of January, we will sort our schools in reverse alphabetical order. United Township will be the first school listed, while Bettendorf will be at the bottom of our listings.

QCSportsNet Broadcast Schedule – January 7-12

The first full week of January brings five nights of high school basketball to QCSportsNet, with a special Monday night Western Big 6 matchup between Alleman and Moline at Wharton Field House. All three Western Big 6 games will air on Friday night. Thursday night also features a key Mississippi Athletic Conference matchup as Bettendorf faces Davenport Central. We go on the road with Pleasant Valley to the Wisconsin Dells on Saturday.

2019 starts in high gear on QCSportsNet with boys and girls action from Thursday to Saturday! Our Western Big 6 teams return from holiday tournament action, while the Mississippi Athletic Conference begins play following the traditional holiday break. Our action is highlighted with action from the IHMVCU Shootout featuring Quad City girls basketball teams from Augustana College. All three games broadcast from the IHMVCU Shootout will air on our QCSportsNet Extra Channel. The games highlighted in bold are games on the Extra Channel.

Holiday Basketball Schedule – December 26-29

QCSportsNet will follow our Western Big 6 teams during this holiday week as the Rock Island Rocks boys and girls, Moline Maroons boys, and United Township Panthers boys will hit the road for holiday tournament action! The Rocks will be at the State Farm Classic in Bloomington-Normal (boys bracket and girls bracket), while the Panthers and Maroons will be at the Pekin Holiday Tournament. Our team will be on site Wednesday-Saturday of this week with all of the action. Please also follow our Facebook and Twitter pages as well as each school’s Network 1 Sports broadcast site (links below) for updated game schedules.

Please note that starting this week, we will run our teams in reverse alphabetical order through the month of January. United Township will be listed first with Moline listed last.

Bettendorf and Pleasant Valley come off of their wins at the Genesis Shootout with MAC games on Tuesday before meeting in a varsity doubleheader on Friday night.
