Moline and UT will be at the Pekin Insurance Holiday Tournament, while Rock Island will be at the State Farm Holiday Classic. Action starts on Wednesday and will run through the rest of the week. We will keep you updated throughout the week with results on our Facebook and Twitter pages, and we will post each evening with the next day’s broadcast schedule. You will see live bracket links and PDF links to printable brackets for each tournament. We will also update our home page and our calendar each day. Illinois holiday tournament action is a long-time tradition, and QCSportsNet will be live following our Western Big 6 boys teams as they seek trophies in Normal and Pekin! Updated QCSportsNet schedule for December 21-22

We have updated our QCSportsNet schedule for this weekend. The weekend kicks off with Moline hosting Alleman in Western Big 6 girls basketball on Thursday night. Friday night, our Western Big 6 schools will play in non-conference action, while the Pleasant Valley girls travel to Bettendorf to face their arch-rivals on Friday night. Please note that because of Bettendorf’s contractual obligations to their radio provider, we will be unable to air the PV-Bettendorf boys game this Friday. Please also note the start times of games, as they may differ from normal Friday night start times.

We will update you this weekend with game schedules and brackets for Illinois holiday tournament action. Please continue to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and our web page for more information throughout the week.

Pre-holiday hoops action live on QCSportsNet this week!

With the holidays approaching, the high school basketball schedule lightens this week before next week’s holiday tournament action. QCSportsNet will bring you live action of Pleasant Valley and Moline action this week. Please note that because of Bettendorf High School’s contractual obligations with their primary radio carrier, we will not carry the PV-Bettendorf boys game on Friday night. We will carry the girls game on December 22nd with a 5:45 pregame and a 6 PM tipoff.

The Genesis Shootout returns to QCSportsNet on Saturday!

In addition to our conference basketball coverage this Thursday and Friday night, QCSportsNet returns to the Carver Center at Augustana College for the 2017 Genesis Shootout! For the fifth consecutive season, QCSportsNet is proud to air all seven games of the Genesis Shootout live! This annual Quad Cities holiday tradition is one of the biggest days on the sports calendar, and we will be there from 9:45 AM until the final game ends after 10 PM. Each year, the Shootout provides great matchups and an exciting finish.

Dallon Christensen, Joe Winkel, Ken Jacoby, and the entire QCSportsNet team will be on hand to bring you all of the action from the Carver Center at Augustana.
